Cooking Class: Summer Market Favorites

Summer farmer’s markets in Sacramento are hard to resist, but do you ever get carried away? Don’t miss our next class for some extra inspiration to transform your surplus produce.

In this special vegetarian class, Chef Rick will demonstrate summer favorites like Gazpacho and Ratatouille, share new ideas for a Melon Salad and Vietnamese-Style Cucumbers, and of course, give your recipes for all of that fresh corn!

Samples and wine are included in the ticket price.
