We recently lost our friend, co-worker & brother, Mike Bowers. It is a heartbreaking loss and our hearts go out to his family. A GoFundMe page has been set-up to assist with funeral expenses. If you’d like to contribute, you can do that here.


Pizza Cooking Class

Join us for an evening dedicated to making the perfect pizza!
In a small class setting, Rick will walk you through making a delicious dough and pizza sauce, how best to form and top your pizza, and everything else you need to make a OneSpeed style pizza at home.

Dinner and wine are included in the ticket price.

Cooking Class: French Favorites

Chef Rick’s cooking classes started at The Waterboy with his French-inspired favorites from the menu. Join us for our next class and learn how to make them at home.
These dishes are great for entertaining but easy enough for a weeknight: Potato Gratin, French Onion Soup, Frisee Salad with Lardons, and Mussels.

Wine and samples are included in the ticket price.
