Cooking Class: French Favorites

Chef Rick’s cooking classes started at The Waterboy with his French-inspired favorites from the menu. Join us for our next class and learn how to make them at home.
These dishes are great for entertaining but easy enough for a weeknight: Potato Gratin, French Onion Soup, Frisee Salad with Lardons, and Mussels.

Wine and samples are included in the ticket price.

Pizza Cooking Class

Join us for an evening dedicated to making the perfect pizza!
In a small class setting, Rick will walk you through making a delicious dough and pizza sauce, how best to form and top your pizza, and everything else you need to make a OneSpeed style pizza at home.

Dinner and wine are included in the ticket price.

Take-Out Tuesday

Stop by for a Take-out Special every Tuesday after 5 pm. $34 for a pizza, salad and bottle of wine.
