OneSpeed Pizza is a neighborhood pizza joint in the heart of East Sacramento brought to you by Rick Mahan, chef and owner of The Waterboy. In our open kitchen, we focus on beautiful local ingredients and simple, time-tested cooking. Enjoy pizzas, antipasti, daily specials and excellent service in a family-friendly atmosphere. We also have a private dining room that's perfect for meetings, parties and special events. We hope to provide an experience that harks back to a simpler time, when people gathered at the dining table, eating, talking and enjoying good company.

They’ve been supplying us (and our sister restaurant, @sac_waterboy ) with fantastic produce for many years, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the love and hard work they put in at the farm to make that possible. 

Come try our Pole Bean Salad featuring their beautiful romano & green beans with goat cheese, almonds, pickled onions, and arugula. Simple, seasonal, and seriously delicious.
