Salad of Frisée & Baby Spinach with House Smoked Salmon, Seared Sea Scallop, Soft Cooked Egg & Creamy Tarragon Dressing
Goat Cheese Soufflé with Marinated Leeks, Baby Beets, Watercress & Olives
Braised Lamb Shank with Braised Greens, Nantes Carrots, Spring Garlic Potato Puree, Gremolata & Moroccan Spices
Lexi’s Lemon Meringue Tart with Fresh Raspberries
$90 per person (gratuity included)
Tickets can be purchased online by clicking this link. Tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance. The ticket price covers 20% gratuity and all food for the evening. Beverages will be available at additional cost, including some great wines by the glass that have been chosen by Rick to complement the flavors of each dish.
In the spirit of good fun, no substitutions will be available on this special night.
